What is the installation procedure of the vacuum filter?
The installation of the vacuum filter is carried out according to the following procedure:
(1) Install the rack on the foundation plane (or components), and install the sink in the rack.
(2) Install the vacuum box on the frame, after correcting the level, fix the frame on the foundation plane. Then remove the vacuum device.
(3) Lay the tape flat on the frame, put the driving roller and driven roller into the endless tape, and stretch them to the working position respectively.
(4) Insert the vacuum device into the ring tape and fix it with the frame.
(5) The driving roller and the driven roller are respectively installed in the frame.
(6) Install large rollers, small rollers, vertical rollers, filter cloth deviation adjustment device, feeding device, washing device, cleaning device, etc.
(7) The drive unit frame is in place, the reducer and motor are installed, and the alignment is required.
(8) The air control system, air control cabinet and the filter cloth deflection adjusting airbag and supporting airbag are connected with high-pressure hoses.
(9) The skirtless baffle device is installed on both sides of the main body of the rubber filter belt.
(10) Connect the electric control cabinet with the drive motor, gas control cabinet, and switch.
(11) Connect the feeding, washing, cleaning and vacuum system pipelines.
(12) Put the small tension roller of the filter cloth in the loose position, find the arrow of the direction of the filter cloth movement, and then pass the filter cloth through the feeding device, washing device, roller, filter cloth deviation adjustment device, etc. After it is flattened, the two ends of the filter cloth are overlapped in the correct direction, and then connected with a steel wire. Before installing the filter cloth, check the flushing pipeline to ensure that the water from all nozzles can rinse the filter cloth.
