What inspection work should be done after the vacuum filter is installed?
The following checks should be made after installation:
(1) Check whether the electric wires are connected to the motor and whether it is running in the correct direction.
(2) Check the air source pressure of the filter, and the air source pressure is required to be ≥0.4MPa.
(3) Check whether the feeding, washing, and cleaning pipelines are well connected.
(4) Check whether the connection between the filter and the vacuum tank and the filtrate pump is in a normal state.
(5) Turn on the drive device and adjust the speed of the filter belt.
