The rubber belt filter is out of service in a high temperature environment, so what should be done?
Generally, when the rubber belt filter is out of service, a lot of untreated materials are left in the pipeline that transports the filtrate. These materials contain a lot of solid particles, which will precipitate and condense and cause the filter press to block the pipeline.
For equipment that is used for a long time, the filtrate in the pipe will definitely accumulate and precipitate, so after a period of work, the filtrate must be cleaned out of the pipe in time to prevent more severe effects.
In addition, the rubber belt filter is very easy to generate heat at high temperatures, and once the temperature is too high, it will cause damage to the components and the hydraulic system. At this time, we need to deliver enough hydraulic oil to the hydraulic gauge. Ensure that the hot spot of the hydraulic oil is not too high. On the other hand, it is to add lubricating oil to the various parts of the rubber belt filter equipment to ensure that the friction force will not increase due to the high temperature state.
