What is the installation procedure of the belt vacuum filter?
Take the fixed chamber belt vacuum filter as an example. Only a few small belt-type vacuum filters can be installed as a whole, and most of them are assembled at the installation site. The installation procedure is as follows:
(1) Rack, the rack and the frame are leveled at the same time, the racks are in place, and the racks are connected according to the regulations in the manual. At the calibration level, the frame should be firmly fixed.
(2) Adhesive tape and roller, fix the roller supporting the tape on the frame, after leveling, spread the rubber filter belt on the roller. Lift the driving roller and the driven roller to the middle, that is, the middle of the rubber filter belt, and then move them to the two ends respectively, and install the bracket and bearing seat.
(3) Assemble and place the vacuum box components, connect the vacuum box in sequence, and level it with the small rollers, lifting mechanism, and install the winch frame on the frame together, and fasten the frame with the frame with bolts .
(4) Install feeding device, washing device small roller, filter cloth tension device, filter cloth deviation adjustment device, scraper device.
(5) Install the connecting hose, which requires tight connection and no air leakage.
(6) Drive device, put the drive device frame in place, install the reducer and coupling, and require alignment.
(7) Glue the skirt, and glue the skirt to both sides of the main body of the rubber filter belt.
(8) Pneumatic system, the gas control cabinet and the filter cloth tensioning and deflection adjusting cylinder are connected with high-pressure hoses.
(9) Piping system, connecting the feeding, washing, cleaning and vacuum system piping.
(10) Electric control system, connecting the electric control cabinet and the drive motor, the gas control cabinet, the switch and the pipeline valve.
(11) Filter cloth, place the filter cloth tensioning roller at the loosest position of the filter cloth, find out the arrow of the direction of the filter cloth movement, and then make the filter cloth pass through the feeding box, washing box, driving roller, filter cloth tensioning and Adjust the deflection roller, idler roller, etc., to flatten them, butt the two zippers of the filter cloth, and thread it into the steel wire. Before installing the filter cloth, check the flushing pipeline to ensure that the water from all nozzles can flush the filter cloth.
