Working principle of belt vacuum filter: The slurry with low solid content is evenly distributed on the filter cloth through the feeding device. The vacuum box is sucked by the vacuum pump to make the vacuum box reach a certain degree of vacuum, so that a pressure difference is generated between the slurry and the vacuum box, so that the liquid in the slurry enters the vacuum box, and the large particles are blocked in the filter cloth. , So as to achieve the purpose of filtration, dehydration and drying.
The filter adopts vacuum suction filtration method to separate the slurry liquid and solid two phases. That is, a vacuum is formed on one side of the filter medium, and the slurry to be separated is placed at atmospheric pressure on the other side. Under the action of the pressure difference between the two sides of the medium, the liquid flows through the medium to the vacuum side, and the solid (filter cake) is trapped on the filter cloth. . During the working process of the filter, the vacuum box moves with the horizontal filter belt, and operations such as filtering, washing, drying, and unloading are performed at the same time. When the vacuum box moves to a positioning gun, it removes the vacuum, quickly returns to the initial position, and then resumes the vacuum again, sucking up the filter belt and continuing to move forward, thus cyclically moving back and forth.
There are three steps in the operation of the filter, namely start-up operation, joint cleaning, and automatic acid preparation.
