1. Maintenance of filter cloth deviation adjustment device

The filter cloth should be checked several times a day for deviations and wrinkles. Check whether the filter cloth is damaged.

2. Maintenance of tape and adjustment device

Check the tension of the tape and check the tension of the driven roller to get the proper tension. Regularly check the alignment of the tape. Regularly check the damage of the adhesive tape and friction belt, and clean up the wear and tear between the belt and the drive, driven roller and vacuum box.

3. Maintenance of vacuum pipeline

(1) Check whether the vacuum pipe joints are leaking. You can use methods such as listening to the sound.

(2) Check the alignment of the rubber filter belt, requiring the tape hole to be aligned with the sliding table groove of the vacuum device.

4. Cleaning of pipeline

Regularly check the flushing direction and cleaning condition of the cleaning pipeline. If the nozzle is blocked, the nozzle needs to be removed for cleaning.

5. Maintenance of the drive device

Check all lubrication conditions, including drive unit, tape lubrication seal water, bearing seat, etc.

Do not start the filter before lubricating and adjusting the tape tension.

Do not start the filter drive device when the vacuum pump is running and the vacuum valve is open.

Check whether the rotation is normal, whether the direction of rotation is correct, and check the amperage of the motor regularly.

Check whether there is oil in the reducer. Generally, the oil level is halfway between the high scale and the low scale.

6. Maintenance of air control device

(1) The maintenance of all air control components is carried out in accordance with the instructions of each control component manufacturer.

(2) Check the oil level in the triplet, add No. 30 spindle oil when it is short of oil, and check the water level of the water separator and air filter

It shall not exceed one-fourth of the volume, and water will be released when it exceeds.

(3) The solenoid valve should be kept clean.

(4) Check that the air joint must not leak.
