1. Do not operate the filter until the filter is lubricated and the drainage tape is properly tightened. If the motor is not running, do not adjust the speed of the inverter.
2. After the vacuum pump is running, it is not possible to start the filter to drive the reducer. Starting the drive reducer under the condition of vacuum start will cause great stress on the tape, which may cause the tape to break prematurely.
3. Do not run the filter if the drainage tape lubrication and water flushing system are not running.
4. When repairing the motor and reducer, make sure that the torque arm is firmly fixed before the filter is started.
5. During the installation of the filter cloth, be especially careful when the tape is moving. For safety, assign someone to be responsible for the emergency trip wire (safety cable) device. Turn off the power when making adjustments. Don't wear loose clothes, long hair or jewelry, because these things are easy to get involved in tape, rollers, filter cloth or tape wheels.
6. Before checking or adjusting the vacuum box device, turn off all drivers and power supplies. Do not lower the vacuum box when the filter is running. Once the vacuum box reaches the upper or lower full position, do not turn the lifting handle, as this may cause damage to the vacuum box lowering device.
7. If the vacuum exceeds the rated value of the specified vacuum pump, excessive stress will be generated on the drainage tape, causing malfunctions and excessive wear. Observe the vacuum gauge very carefully to avoid damaging the tape.
8. Since most filter cloths tend to shrink when they are dry, the tensile strength of the whole cloth is usually greater than that of the cloth roll, so the tensile stress on the filter cloth should be released when the machine is stopped, otherwise the cloth roll may bend and be out of alignment. Moreover, excessive tensile stress may damage the filter cloth and cause edging.
9. The drainage tape needs to be cleaned and lubricated. The spray cleaning device is located on the underside of the tape near the drive wheel.
