Two,working principle

Rubber belt vacuum filter is a new type of filtration equipment with a high degree of automation. The machine uses filter cloth as the medium, and the slurry is evenly distributed on the forwardly moving filter cloth by the feeder. Under the action of the vacuum driving force, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and the tape suction groove into the vacuum box, and then is discharged by the vacuum box. The liquid hole enters the sump for recovery or discharge. The filter cake on the filter cloth is washed and drained many times, and finally enters the unloading treatment at the turning point of the filter cloth. After the discharge is completed, the filter cloth is regenerated by the filter cloth scrubbing device. After that, the filter cloth passes through a series of filter cloth support rollers, filter cloth correction devices, and finally passes through the filter cloth press roller on the feed end assembly, and then re-covers the rubber belt into the feeding section, filtering, washing and draining section. The operation process is completely continuous.
